RETREAT SCHEDULE

Thursday, May 18 to Sunday, May 21, 2023—Siesta Key, Florida

Welcome to Siesta Key, consistently ranked the #1 beach in the United States, known for having the finest white sand of any beach in the world.

Along with other powerful Insight Coaches, you will awaken to what’s possible for your life and your life coaching business.

Your goal throughout Awaken is to experience the true meaning of slowing down to speed up while speeding up your business.

During the retreat you will...

Rest and relax
Be present and be in nature
Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets
Spend time sightseeing and dining out
Connect with other coaches in meaningful ways
Share insights and share laughs
Participate in Connect and Invite games and challenges
Attend daily workshops to create paying clients and programs before the end of the weekend
Most importantly, you will take massive action on your business with other coaches doing the same

In addition to all the fun in the sun, this is about building your business...

The primary focus of the daily workshops and challenges is to be connecting, inviting and creating paying clients.

The biggest feedback we’ve had from coaches is how amazed they were at the amount of action they were able to take through the retreat.

We’ve had coaches create programs and immediately enroll people in them.

We’ve had coaches set up more connect and coaching calls in one weekend than they did in the past months.

And we’ve had coaches create hundreds of dollars in coaching fees as well as long-term paying clients before the end of the weekend.

Creation stories from our last Retreat in 2022...

One of the funnest and most impactful things we do each year is our "Out and About Challenge."

As a group, we head out into public to trendy shopping or tourists areas and start connecting with people.

The goal of the the Challenge is to earn as many points as possible.

The coach with the most points at the end wins an amazing prize!

Point System:

2 points—give someone YOUR contact info to connect

5 points—get THEIR contact info to connect

10 points—SCHEDULE a Connect Call with someone

20 points—COACH someone for 10 minutes or more

50 Points—COACH someone 10 minutes or more AND GET PAID

*Points can be earned in person, online, or over the phone during the Challenge.

The goal is to get into action while we are out and about!

How It Works

As a member of the Insight Coaching Community, your retreat experience is included. We just ask for a $200 commitment and contribution fee, which is used toward the expenses of putting this together.

We will organize the daily activities, including the workshops and challenges as well as all the fun and eating out together.

You are responsible for getting to and from the retreat, your lodging and transportation as well as meals and any other expenses.

We have two Insight Coaches helping to coordinate the experience, including group Airbnb and hotel rentals so that coaches can stay together.

Key Information

AIRPORTS

You have two choices for local airports—Tampa International (TPA) and Sarasota Bradenton International (SRQ). Since Tampa International is much larger, there may be more flight options. But it’s farther away from the retreat meeting area.

71 miles from the retreat meeting area (Siesta Key Village)—1 hour/15 min ride

Approximate Uber cost $100

Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ)

10 miles from the retreat meeting area (Siesta Key Village)—20 minute ride

Approximate Uber cost $25

MAIN AREA

The main area is "Siesta Key Village." to understand exactly where this is, use the address for the Hub Baja Grill:

TRANSPORTATION

If you stay in or around Siesta Key Village, you will not need a car. You will be able to walk to our meetups and hit the beach when you want.

If you stay outside walking or short Uber distance from this area, you will probably need to rent a car.

PLACES TO STAY

Some coaches will come with their partners and reserve their own places to stay.

Other coaches will connect with ICC coaches to room together. If that's the option you're interested in, reach out to Ciara and Gloria to help you get connected.
