Day 7 brings the entire journey together by revealing the deepest truth: you are the only thing in the way of the business and life you want to build. Through the themes of stories, people pleasing, perfectionism, and ownership, you’ll see how your mind keeps you safe—and stuck. This day helps you let go of the conditions you think must be met before you begin, and embrace action, commitment, and growth. You finish Day 7 with clarity, possibility, and a simple choice: try to build your dream alone, or go all in and become the fully committed, powerful coach you’re meant to be.
