Disability Support
Disability Support Policy
Insight Coaching Community is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment for all coaches. We welcome individuals with disabilities and will make every reasonable effort to provide accommodations in alignment with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Discrimination on the basis of disability has no place in our organization.
We aim to ensure equal opportunity and access for all qualified participants. If you have questions about this policy or would like to discuss accommodations, please email our support team at Contact before enrolling.
Learning Accommodation
Learning Accommodation Policy
We are dedicated to providing a learning environment that meets the needs of each individual student. We are able to accommodate a variety of learning disabilities and are happy to work with you to determine what support may be available. Please email our support team at Contact before enrolling to ensure your specific needs can be met.

It is the policy of the Insight Coaching Community that:
– Recruitment, enrollment, and participation in our programs are conducted without discrimination based on race, age, religion, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, or veteran status.

DEIJ Statement
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) Statement
In the Insight Coaching Community, we are proud to stand alongside the International Coaching Federation in upholding the values of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and justice.
We recognize that coaching is a global and human-centered profession. Our programs are designed to reflect the uniqueness of every individual and to foster a learning environment where all voices are valued and respected.
As an ICF accredited provider, we affirm and adopt the ICF Statement on Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Justice. These principles guide how we serve, how we lead, and how we show up in every training experience.
We commit to:
– Creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported
– Continuously reflecting on bias and systemic inequity, and working to remove barriers
– Uplifting the unique insights, backgrounds, and talents of every coach and client
This is not a one-time statement. It is an ongoing commitment to build a coaching community that is grounded in respect, fueled by authenticity, and guided by shared humanity.
Complaint/Grievance
Complaint/Grievance policy
In the Insight Coaching Community, we are committed to ensuring equitable treatment of every participant and resolving any concerns in a timely, fair, and respectful manner. We take all feedback seriously and view it as an opportunity to grow and improve.
Participants may submit a grievance related to program content, presentation, technology or platform access, facilities (in the case of live events), instructor behavior, or interactions with staff or other participants. We will do everything we can to address concerns and prevent ongoing issues.
Here is our process for filing and resolving grievances:
1. Direct Resolution (Step 1)
Whenever possible, we encourage participants to first address the concern directly with the individual involved—whether it be an instructor, staff member, or fellow participant.
2. Submit a Written Grievance (Step 2)
If a participant is uncomfortable addressing the individual or cannot resolve the issue directly, they may submit a written grievance to our support team at Contact within 14 days of the incident or concern. The program manager will review the issue and respond within 7 business days, working to understand the situation and reach a resolution in collaboration with all parties.
3. Appeal Process (Step 3)
If the participant feels the matter has not been adequately resolved, they may submit a written appeal to the program director at Contact, including the original grievance and a statement explaining why they are unsatisfied with the resolution. Appeals will be reviewed thoroughly, and a final written response will be provided within 10 business days. All decisions at this stage are considered final.
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment—and we appreciate the opportunity to address concerns with integrity and care.
Participation
Participation Policy
In the Insight Coaching Community, coaching isn’t just something we learn—it’s something we practice, embody, and show up for. Success in this program depends on full presence, active participation, and respect for the container we’re creating together.
By enrolling, you agree to show up like a pro: to be on time, on camera, and fully engaged throughout each session. We treat every call like a real client session—because how we show up here reflects how we’ll show up out there.
Attendance
Attendance Requirements
In order to meet the minimum ICF training hour requirements and receive certification, live attendance is required.
If you’re unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please notify your instructor and our support team at Contact as soon as possible.
You’ll be responsible for:
✓ Reviewing the session recording
✓ Completing any related assignments or reflections
✓ Attending a future session that covers the same topic to ensure full participation
If you're unable to attend a make-up session covering the same material, you may be required to work 1-on-1 with an instructor to cover the missed content. Additional fees apply.
If you miss more than 2 hours of mentor coaching, you will be responsible for scheduling and paying for additional mentor coaching in order to meet the ICF’s 10-hour requirement.
Requests for exceptions may be submitted in writing to our support team at Contact and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Engagement
Course Engagement
Coaching is not a passive skill—it’s active, relational, and deeply human. Our courses are intentionally designed to be interactive and experiential. You’ll learn by doing, not just by listening.
Engagement includes:
✓ Participating in group discussions and coaching exercises
✓ Showing up prepared and ready to contribute
✓ Being coachable, open, and curious
✓ Bringing your full self to every call
If you’re unable to participate in a session or activity, please let your instructor know in advance.
Code of Conduct
Code of Conduct
We hold a high standard—for ourselves and for you. That’s what makes this community powerful, safe, and unlike any other. All participants are expected to:
• Join all live calls 5 minutes early (we say, “early is on time, and on time is late”)
• Keep your camera on and stay on camera for the full call
• Remain present and undistracted (no multitasking, texting, or leaving early)
• Participate actively in discussions, mentor coaching, and Coaching Circles
• Speak with honesty, listen with generosity, and assume good intent
• Respect fellow participants, instructors, and the structure of each session
• Embrace diversity and uphold a space of inclusion and mutual respect
• Refrain from selling, soliciting, or using ICC content or branding in personal offers
• Maintain a mindset of gratitude and reach out directly if support is needed
This is your space, and we want you to succeed—while upholding the integrity of what we’re building together.
Partial Completion
Partial Completion Policy
Insight Coaching Community does not offer credit for partial completion of any program. In order to receive certification or training hour documentation, participants must complete the entire course in full.
If you have questions about this policy or your status in a program, please email our support team at Contact.
Payment/Fees
Payment/Fees Policy
All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Your registration in a program is dependent upon either full payment or an approved payment plan arranged through our team. We accept payment by major credit card or debit card through our secure online checkout. All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If you encounter financial difficulties that may result in a declined payment, please email our support team at Contact in advance. We are committed to working with you to find a solution.
If a payment fails and no communication is received, a 10-day grace period is granted. After this period, access to program calls and content will be revoked until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Refunds
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the program description, all registrations are final and all payments are non-refundable. By securing a place in one of our programs, you are reserving a limited seat that could have been filled by another participant.
Our programs are not structured as monthly memberships—they operate with defined start and end points. For that reason, we cannot offer refunds once registration is confirmed, except in cases where a specific refund policy is clearly stated (such as with select introductory offerings like Accelerate).
If you have questions about a specific program’s refund terms, please email our support team at Contact prior to enrolling.
Registration Modifications
Registration Modifications
Modifications to registration—including substitutions of participants or transfer of program dates—must be requested at least seven days prior to the program start date. Participants may email our support team at Contact to modify their registration. Changes will be accommodated as long as there are available spots in the requested program.
Transfer of Credit
Transfer of Credit policy
We do not accept partial course credit from other organizations or programs. To maintain the integrity and continuity of our training, all participants must complete the full program as designed. Even if you have completed an ICF accredited Level 1 program elsewhere, enrollment in our program requires full participation from start to finish. For any questions regarding this policy, please email our support team at Contact.
Illness
Illness Policy
In order to meet the minimum required training hours for certification, it is essential that participants are present for all scheduled program sessions. If you experience an emergency or become ill and are unable to attend a live session, please notify our support team at Contact.
You will be expected to review the session recording, complete all related materials, and attend a future session that covers the same topic to make up for the missed session.
Requests for exceptions may be submitted in writing to our support team at at Contact and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Ethics, Integrity, Transparency
Statement on Ethics, Integrity, and Transparency
As an ICF accredited training provider, Insight Coaching Community adheres fully to the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. The ICF Code outlines the core values, ethical principles, and professional standards that guide the behavior of all credentialed coaches and accredited organizations. Upholding these ethical standards is foundational to our work and is reflected in everything we teach and model—beginning with the first of the ICF Core Competencies. You can review the ICF Code of Ethics here.
We take our relationship with the ICF seriously and are committed to acting with the highest levels of ethics, integrity, and transparency. We hold ourselves and our participants to those same standards. We are clear and direct in our communication, and we do not use manipulative or misleading sales tactics. Our goal is always to provide a safe, respectful, and ethical experience for anyone considering or participating in our programs.
Additionally, we are committed to fair and equitable pricing in order to make high-quality coach education accessible to people from a wide range of backgrounds, while preserving the integrity and depth of our training.
Ethical Practices
Ethical Practices
In the Insight Coaching Community, ethical practices are at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment to integrity is not simply a standard—it’s a way of operating that informs how we coach, how we train, how we communicate, and how we support our team and participants.
We foster a supportive and respectful workplace environment by upholding the ICF Code of Ethics as both a framework for our curriculum and a living document that informs our daily decisions. This begins internally with clear, respectful communication among team members, a strong emphasis on psychological safety, and shared accountability. Every person on our team is expected to model the principles we teach: presence, curiosity, humility, professionalism, and honesty.
We build trust among personnel, participants, and our broader community through transparency. Program expectations, policies, pricing, and certification requirements are communicated clearly and in writing. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, give feedback, and raise concerns at any point. We do not position ourselves as experts above others—instead, we cultivate a coaching culture that values service, collaboration, and shared growth.
Accountability is a core principle of our organization. We have systems in place for follow-through, clear documentation of progress, and internal oversight to ensure ethical alignment. We take responsibility when we fall short, and we address all issues—including ethical concerns—promptly, directly, and with compassion. We also support participants in cultivating their own accountability by holding them to high standards while also offering guidance and encouragement.
Ultimately, our ethical practices reflect our mission: to elevate the coaching profession by developing extraordinary coaches who lead with authenticity, responsibility, and service.
