Hey, I’m John. I built the coaching community I wanted to exist.
I’ve been a full-time coach since 2015. More than 8,000 hours of coaching. Ten ICF-accredited programs. A TEDx stage. And eight years spent building the Insight Coaching Community. Along the way, I developed the Insight Coaching Guiding Principles and created the Insight Coach approach—a way of coaching built around going deeper, coaching possibilities instead of problems, and creating transformation that changes what clients believe is possible. But ICC was never built to be something I created and then stepped away from. I’m still on the front lines. I lead the calls. I coach. I teach. I challenge. And I care deeply about the coaches who choose to spend a year here. This is my life’s work: helping coaches become world-class at what they do and build businesses that reflect the value of the transformation they create.
