You’ll engage fully in practice and workshops, and grow into a transformational coach—fully prepared to coach anyone on any topic.

Immersion includes everything required for your ICF ACC credential path, including mentor coaching and structured feedback.

Through Genesis, you’ll earn your Professional Business Practitioner certification.

You’ll complete your Business Plan and Operations Manual, and participate fully in our workshops and business-building resources.

Attendance to live calls is not required—this program is built to work with your schedule while giving you the tools, systems, and strategies to grow a thriving, referral-based coaching business.

To earn your ICF ACC credential, you’ll complete the following steps—all fully supported through our programs:

1. Complete 60 hours of ICF-accredited training

Immersion (+ Accelerate) give you everything you need—including all 60 hours required for the ACC application.

2. Complete 10 hours of mentor coaching

Included in Immersion, with expert feedback and support to help you grow and meet ICF standards.

3. Submit a recorded coaching session

We’ll help you prepare and select a strong session that aligns with the ICF Core Competencies.

4. Pass the ICF multiple-choice exam

You’ll get prep materials, guidance, and practice tools so you can feel confident and ready.

5. Log 100 hours of coaching

Joining the ICC leads to coaching a ton, building real momentum, and reaching your hours faster than you ever thought possible.
